Scott Badami Removed from Fox Rothschild and Germantown Academy Websites
Until recently, Scott Badami was listed as a partner at the national law firm Fox Rothschild LLP and as a trustee of Germantown Academy in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Updates to both organizations’ websites now show that he no longer appears in either role. Here’s what’s publicly verifiable—and what those changes may suggest.
Fox Rothschild Deletes Badami’s Bio
For years, Fox Rothschild featured Badami’s biography as part of its real-estate law practice. Archived copies of his profile remain accessible through third-party legal directories and blog archives linking back to the firm.
However, when visiting the former URL this week—foxrothschild.com/scott-m-badami—the page now returns a “Page Not Found” error, indicating that his profile has been removed from the firm’s current attorney directory (foxrothschild.com).
Law firms typically retain former partners under categories such as “retired” or “alumni.” The complete disappearance of Badami’s page suggests he is no longer affiliated with the firm.
No public statement or press release from Fox Rothschild explains the removal, and no other announcement about Badami’s status appears on legal-industry news sites. The only confirmed fact is that his biography, once available on the firm’s website, now yields a 404 error.
Germantown Academy Board of Trustees No Longer Lists Badami
Badami previously served as a trustee of Germantown Academy, formally the Trustees of the Public School of Germantown.
IRS Form 990 lists “Scott Badami” among the school’s volunteer trustees. These documents confirm his position and show that trustees receive no financial compensation.Yet, when Germantown Academy released its 2025–26 Board of Trustees roster, his name was absent.
The school has posted no accompanying explanation, but the omission indicates a change in his involvement with the institution.
